Commission Information and Process

You will receive a digital file or have the physical item mailed to you.
Aside from stream assets, any commission is for personal use only. If you'd like something for commercial use, please message me and we can discuss. There is typically an increased fee for commercial work.
If I feel I'm unable to fulfill either your or my expectations, I may refuse a commission.
Please clarify if you'd prefer your work not be posted on my social media or stream.
Payment required upfront through Paypal.
I will send sketches and WIPs. Feedback is highly encouraged at this early stage.
Once feedback is approved, the final piece will be completed and sent to you.

Usage policy

As the client you can...	As the artist, I can...
- Post the work with credit (@dmquil).	- Post the work on social media (unless specified).
- Hold the right to your original character, but not the commission itself (ie. don't claim you created the piece).	- Use the work as promotion and within my portfolio.
- Use the work for personal use unless specified to be for commercial use. (Stream assets are for commercial use by default).	- Redistribute the work as merch if the work is specifically fanart.
- Use the animation data to create animated emotes using other assets and images.

Infringement

Do not take credit for the artwork.
Do not erase/crop out any watermark or signature from any artwork sent to you.
Do not use my art in any AI platforms such as Open AI and Lensa.
If an undiscussed or unresolved chargeback is issued at any point, or if you break the terms above, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece.
